CHEESE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 tbsp. oil
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling

Reserve 1 cup dry cake mix; set aside. Mix 1 egg and oil and rest of cake mix. Press into a 9x13 cake pan (greased or buttered). Mix remaining ingredients; pour on top of dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes. Top with pie filling of your choice when cooled. Sprinkle top with remaining dry cake mix.
