CHICKEN POT PIE 
2 sm. cans chicken meat or 3 cooked chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (1 lb.) bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can crescent dinner rolls

Mix together the first 3 ingredients and put in a 13 x 9 inch casserole dish, cover with foil. Bake 25 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove from the oven. Layer the top of the casserole with the crescent dinner rolls and then sprinkle with 1 cup of Cheddar cheese. Bake for 25 minutes or until the top is brown.

This was an excellent dish. My family loved it! But I have to be honest.. I doubled the recipe just didn't seem to be enough to fill a 9x13. Only one can of crescent rolls was enough.
