PEANUTTY SQUASH | |
1 lb. boiled squash 1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos 2 grated carrots 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing mix 1 stick butter 2 tbsp. onion 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. sour cream 1 c. chopped roasted peanuts Melt butter; toss with stuffing and peanuts. press half of mixture in shallow 9 x 13 baking dish. mix rest of ingredients and pour over stuffing mixture. Then top with remaining stuffing. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8 to 10. |
