RICOTTA PIE 
2 lbs. Ricotta
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. of half and half cream
4 eggs
1 tsp. lemon flavor

Mash Ricotta, add eggs, sugar, lemon flavor and cream.

CRUST:

2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. Spry
Cold water as needed

Mix Spry with flour then add rest of ingredients. Makes 1 large pie. Bake in oven at 350 or 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. For top of pie crust cut strips and criss cross on top.
