1 1/2 c. med. egg noodles 1 1/2 c. med. spinach egg noodles 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen English peas, thawed 1/2 c. whipping cream 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. butter, melted 1/4 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 1/4 lb. Prosciutto or country ham, chopped Cook noodles and peas according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain thoroughly. Combine noodles, peas, whipping cream, cheese, butter, salt, and pepper in large serving bowl. Toss lightly to coat well. Stir in Prosciutto or ham. Yield: 6 to 8 servings. |
