CRABMEAT STUFFED SHELLS

12 jumbo pasta shells
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen crab flavored salad style fish (slightly thawed)
1/2 of 8 ounce pkg. light cream cheese (may use all 8 oz.)
1/4 c. skim milk
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. snipped chives
1 tbsp. dry white wine
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus spears, thawed slightly

Cook pasta as directed. Mix ingredients; spoon in about 2 tablespoons of mixture in shells; lay asparagus in 4 servings on baking dish; put shells on top. May put in sealed bag and freeze up to 2 months. Cover with foil, bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or microwave 4 to 6 minutes on medium high.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
