ESCALLOPED CRABMEAT 
2 cans crab or 1 box frozen crab
3 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. green pepper
2 tbsp. pimento
1 c. American cheese, cut fine
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. scalded milk
1/4 c. melted butter

Pour hot milk over bread crumbs. Add rest of ingredients. Pour into buttered casserole. Set in a pan of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
