CRABMEAT BROCCOLI CASSEROLE | |
6 slices bread, crust removed 1 1/4 c. milk 1/2 c. mayonnaise 3 eggs, hard cooked and chopped finely 1/2 lb. crabmeat 1/4 c. chopped onion 2 tsp. parsley 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese Cut bread into 1/2 inch cubes. Combine bread, milk, and mayonnaise; stir well. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Stir in eggs, crabmeat, onion and parsley. Arrange broccoli in a greased baking dish. Spoon crabmeat mixture evenly over broccoli. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese over baked broccoli and bake 5 minutes more or until cheese melts. Serves 4. |
