CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. plain flour
2 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
5 tbsp. cocoa

Sift together flour, sugar, and salt in large mixing bowl. Combine butter, oil, water and cocoa in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir this mixture into dry ingredients; mix well. Add soda to buttermilk and add to mixture. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Pour into floured and greased 11 x 16 inch cookie sheet pan with 1 inch sides. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Put cocoa, butter, and milk in saucepan. Heat until butter melts. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, beat until smooth. Frost cake while hot.
