CREAMY COLESLAW 
4 lbs. cabbage, finely chopped
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 lemon juice
1/4 c. light table cream
1/4 tsp. pepper

In very large bowl place shredded cabbage, sprinkle with sugar. Toss cover and chill 30 minutes. Mix lemon, mayonnaise and cream in a 1 cup measure, pour over slaw. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss and mix well. For color sprinkle with grated carrot and chopped parsley. Makes 8 cups.
