CARAMELITAS 
1 c. & 1 tbsp. flour - divided
1 c. oats
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
12 1/4 oz jar caramel ice cream topping
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Combine 1 C. flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda and salt. Stir in butter; mix well. Press into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Combine caramel topping and 1 Tbsp. flour. Drizzle over chips. Sprinkle with nuts.

Bake 20 - 22 minutes longer or until bubbly. Cool and cut into bars.
