1 pkg. frozen spinach
3/4 can mushroom soup
1 c. sharp grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 egg
Buttered bread crumbs

Cook spinach with salt and pepper (drain). Beat egg well. Add soup and cheese. Add spinach. Put in buttered dish. Cover with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
