SPINACH CASSEROLE | |
2 pkg. thawed & drained chopped spinach 2 (1 lb.) cartons sm. curd cottage cheese 6 eggs 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese 6 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. salt Beat eggs and cottage cheese. Beat in flour. Add Velveeta cheese and stir. Beat well. Mix with spinach. Pour in greased pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees covered. Let set 15 minutes before serving. |
