SPINACH CELERY CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. chopped spinach (frozen)
2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 stick butter
2-3 tbsp. horseradish
Salt and pepper

Thaw spinach and drain well. Cook celery in frypan, uncovered with water for 5 minutes. Most of water should evaporate. Then add to celery flour, milk, butter, horseradish, salt and pepper. When blended, mix well with spinach. Put in shallow dish. Top with ample Parmesan cheese and bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
