GULLIVER'S TURKEY SHINGLES 
Turkey fillets or slices
1 onion (small)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. canola oil

Coat turkey pieces in flour, salt, and pepper. Saute onion in oil, get hot. Add turkey pieces, fry up fast. Remove pieces. Use remaining oil to whip up some gravy. IN hot oil, place 2 tablespoons flour and with fork or wire whisk stir flour and oil together. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly until gravy forms. Toast toast and place turkey on toast. Cover with gravy and serve whipped potatoes and corn.
