SCALLOPS 
1 1/2 lbs. sea scallops
2 cans cream of shrimp soup
1/4 c. cooking sherry
1-2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/4 lb. butter

Arrange scallops in a shallow baking dish. Mix soup with sherry and spread over scallops. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Blend crackers and butter and spread over scallops. Bake 15 minutes more.
