SHRIMP & SCALLOP SAUTE 
1/2 lb. sea scallops
1/2 lb. med. shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. butter
2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. parsley, minced
2 tsp. lime juice
1/4 c. white wine
Salt & pepper to taste

Heat oil and butter in skillet. Wash seafood thoroughly. Add seafood and all other ingredients. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve over pasta or rice. Serve with green salad and a vegetable to complete the meal.
