VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 head cauliflower, cut up
1 head broccoli, cut up
1 pkg. brussel sprouts
1 pkg. mushrooms, sliced
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
8 oz. American cheese

Cook vegetables, except mushrooms, until tender; drain. Butter 9"x13" casserole and layer vegetables, cheese, sliced mushrooms and pour mixture of soup and milk over all vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. (You may also add shredded carrots if you want.)
