HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. parsley
2 to 3 tbsp. Gravy Master
Noodles or rice

In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion, then drain. Add butter, flour, and seasonings. Stir until smooth. Add soup and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add sour cream and Gravy Master. Heat through until bubbling. Serve over rice or noodles.
