3/4 c. butter
1/3 c. evaporated milk
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 chocolate cake mix
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
35 Kraft caramels
1/3 c. evaporated milk

Lightly grease bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Mix together butter, 1/3 cup milk, and cake mix. Pour half into the pan and bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes. Let cool. Sprinkle on chocolate chips and nuts. Melt caramels and 1/3 cup milk in double boiler. Pour this on top and then spread remaining cake mixture on top and bake for additional 20 minutes. Cool and cut in squares.
