SOUR CREAM RAISIN BARS 
2 c. raisins
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1 3/4 c. quick oatmeal
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 3/4 c. flour
3 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook raisins in a small amount of water for 10 minutes, drain and cool. Cream brown sugar and butter, add oatmeal, soda and flour. Put half of mixture into pan and bake 7 minutes at 350 degrees.

While baking, mix egg yolks, sour cream, sugar and cornstarch. Mix and boil, stirring constantly. Add raisins and vanilla. Pour over baked crust. Crumble rest of oatmeal mixture over the top and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
