SOUR CREAM RAISIN BARS 
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/3 c. oatmeal
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 egg yolks
1 c. sour cream
2 c. raisins (cook until soft)
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and brown sugar. Add oatmeal, flour and soda. Pat 1/2 the mixture in a 9x13 inch cake pan. (Save other half for topping.) Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Blend sugar, salt, cornstarch, egg yolks and sour cream. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil; remove. Add vanilla and cooked raisins. Pour over crust. Add rest of crumbs on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
