SOUR CREAM RAISIN BARS 
2 c. raisins (boil in a little water, drain and cool)
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1 1/3 c. quick oats
1 tsp. baking soda
1 3/4 c. flour
3 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream brown sugar and butter. Add oatmeal, soda and flour. Place 1/2 of mixture in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 7 minutes. Mix egg yolks, sour cream, 1 cup sugar and cornstarch. Boil, stirring constantly until thick. Add raisins and vanilla. Pour over baked crust. Crumble rest of mixture over top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
