1 pkg. lemon cake mix
16 oz. can pumpkin
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Mix pumpkin with cake mix first. Then add other ingredients. Beat 4 minutes. Put in 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.

Bake 45 minutes at 350°F.

Icing:

1/2 box confectioners sugar
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cube butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
