TACO PIE 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 pkg. taco seasoning
Few cut up tomatoes
Jalapeno pepper, to taste
Large onion, minced
1 can Campbell's tomato soup

Brown beef in skillet and drain. Add tomatoes, onions, pepper and soup, also taco seasoning. Place in 2 quart baking dish, sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle good with Mozzarella cheese.

TOPPING:

3/4 c. self rising meal
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg

Mix with buttermilk, pour over top. (Make a little thin). Bake about 400 degrees in oven. If the beef mixture is a little too thick, add a little water.
