GUACAMOLE SUPREME 
2 ripe avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 basil leaves, finely chopped
1/4 c. red bell pepper, finely diced
2 tbsp. salsa
2 tbsp. almonds, chopped
2 scallions, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. sour cream (optional)

Peel and mash 1 avocado. Mix with lemon juice, garlic, basil, red pepper, salsa, almonds, and scallions. Dice other avocado and fold into mixture. Garnish with a swirl of sour cream. Sprinkle basil over top. Refrigerate until serving time. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables. Recipe can be doubled.
