GREEN PEA SALAD 
2 stalks celery, sliced
4-6 green onions, sliced
1 can water chestnuts
1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed

Lay vegetables in order given in a shallow dish.

Mix:

2 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. vinegar

Pour over top. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours.
