TEX-MEX TOMATO RECIPE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. Sloppy Joe mix
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 1/4 c. water
1 lb. can corn
2 c. shredded cheese
1 lb. elbow macaroni

Cook ground beef; add package of Sloppy Joe mix with water. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Cook macaroni until done according to package; drain. Add to ground beef. Add corn and most of the cheese, leaving some for topping. Add corn and mix well. Top with leftover cheese.

Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 30 minutes, until cheese is melted and it is heated.
