CHOCOLATE LOVER'S COOKIES 
2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. (2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 1/3 c. chocolate chips
1 c. pecans, coarsely chopped

Mix flour, baking soda and salt. Cream butter and mix in sugars until fluffy (5 minutes). Add vanilla, egg and sour cream. Gradually beat in flour mixture until smooth. Add chips and nuts. Drop onto ungreased tin by 1/4 cupfuls about 2-inches apart. Bake at 375°F for 12 minutes.
