BARBECUED BRISKET 
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. barbecue sauce
4 to 6 lb. brisket

Mix above ingredients and pour over brisket that has been placed fat side up in a foil lined pan. Seal foil up and around brisket. Marinate in refrigerator overnight.

Bake as is at 250 to 275 degrees for 5 hours. Remove meat to cutting board to cool; slice across grain into thin slices after cutting away fat. Return slices to sauce; reseal and reheat.

Can be baked a day ahead and sliced when cold. Remove all the hardened fat and then heat when ready to serve. Serves 8 or more.
