BEEF BRISKET 
4-5 lb. beef brisket
2 (18 oz.) bottle Open Pit BBQ sauce, Hickory Smoke Flavor

Recipe can be cut in half easily with a 2 or 2 1/2 pound beef brisket and 1 bottle of Hickory Smoke Flavor BBQ sauce.

Cut all the fat off of the brisket. Pour thin layer of BBQ sauce on the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan (just to cover). Put in meat and cover with the rest of the BBQ sauce.

Cover pan with foil and bake at 275 degrees for about 5 hours. Shred the meat or cut across the grain and mix it in with the sauce. Serve as is or on buns.
