CINNAMON APPLE NUT GELATIN MOLD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin
1 1/2 c. boiling water, divided
1/4 c. cinnamon candies
1 c. red apple, cored, washed, chopped with skin on
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped

Oil 9x13 serving dish.

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water and set aside.

Meanwhile, dissolve cinnamon candies in remaining 1/2 cup boiling water (keep boiling until candies are dissolved). Add cinnamon liquid to gelatin mixture. Cover and refrigerate 30 to 45 minutes. Gently stir in apples, celery and nuts and pour into dish. Refrigerate until set, at least two hours.
