STUFFED PEPPERS 
6 med. peppers, cleaned and cored.

Save tops, if desired.

FILLING:

1 lb. hamburger meat
1 can tomato soup
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 beaten egg
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. minced garlic
1 1/2 c. instant rice
1/4 c. bread crumbs

Mix well and stuff into peppers. (Put caps on with toothpick, if desired.) Make extra meatballs with leftover mixture. Place in a casserole dish or crock pot dish. Pour over 1 can of tomato soup and bake covered in oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees or crock pot for 6 hours on low.
