COUNTRY STUFFED PEPPERS 
6 med. size peppers
1 lb. pork sausage
1/4 c. onion
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. fresh chopped tomato
1 jar cheese whiz

Brown meat and drain. Add onion to meat and cook until tender. Stir in rice and 3/4 jar cheese whiz and tomato. Fill peppers. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese.
