CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 c. shredded zucchini

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 10 inch tube pan. Combine dry cake mix and cinnamon in large bowl. Add eggs, water and oil; blend then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes; fold in zucchini.

Turn batter into pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Delicious when frosted with cream cheese frosting.
