“POTATO CHIP NACHOS” IS IN:

POTATO CHIP NACHOS 
A fun twist on the traditional tortilla nachos with all the flavors of a loaded baked potato!

12 oz. kettle-style or ridged potato chips (such as Ruffles)
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 cup cooked bacon crumbles
1/4 cup Buttermilk Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing
Thinly sliced green onions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Spread 1/3 of the potato chips on a small sheet pan or baking dish. Top evenly with 1/3 of the shredded cheese. Scatter 1/3 of the bacon crumbles over the cheese. Repeat layers twice.

Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted.

Remove nachos from oven and drizzle with dressing of choice. Sprinkle evenly with green onions.

Serve and enjoy!
