COLESLAW 
2 qts. cabbage, shredded
2 green peppers
2 red peppers
4 med. onions, sliced
1 pt. golden vinegar
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1/4 tsp. turmeric

Cut peppers in narrow strips. Combine with cabbage and onions. Bring remaining ingredients to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Pour over cabbage mixture. Cool and store in refrigerator.
