SAUTEED MUSHROOMS 
2 lbs. mushrooms, cleaned
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/8 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. white wine
Salt, pepper, and garlic to taste

Combine all ingredients in a skillet; cover and allow to cook on low heat until mushrooms are brown and very tender.
