MARY JANE'S BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli or 3 c. fresh broccoli
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. dry onion
1 c. crumbled Ritz crackers
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Boil frozen broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes or cook fresh broccoli.

Mix together eggs, mayonnaise, soup and onion. Mix well. Add cheese and the broccoli. Turn into 2 qt. casserole. Sprinkle top with Ritz crackers.

Bake uncovered for 20 minutes in 400°F oven.
