BAJOU BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 small box instant rice
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 lb. melted butter
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 large pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1/2 c. water

Prepare rice and broccoli according to package directions. Sauté onions and celery in small amount of butter (oleo) in skillet. Combine sautéed vegetables, rice, broccoli and butter. Melt Cheez Whiz in soup with 1/2 cup water in saucepan. Stir in broccoli mixture, blending well. Place into greased casserole dish.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Serves 8 to 10 people.
