BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
2 C cooked rice
1/2 C butter
1/2 C chopped celery
1/2 C chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small jar cheez whiz
1 small jar jalapeno cheez whiz

Sauté butter, celery and onion. Add soup and cheez whiz.

Add broccoli and rice, place mixture in 2 qt casserole. Top with Italian bread crumbs or dry onion rings, water chestnuts, mushrooms or sliced almonds.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
