MAGIC PUMPKIN PIE 
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
2 c. (16-17 oz.) canned pumpkin
1 1/3 c. (15 oz. can) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
3/4 tsp. cinnamon

1. In a large mixing bowl, blend together all ingredients.

2. Turn mixture into pie shell.

3. Bake in 375 degree (moderate) oven until sharp-bladed knife inserted near center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
