MAGIC QUICHE 
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. half & half
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. chopped ham
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
9" pastry shell

Toss cheese with flour. Add half & half, eggs, ham and seasonings; mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
