CINDERELLA'S MAGIC QUICHE | |
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded natural Swiss cheese 2 tbsp. flour 1 1/2 c. Half and Half 4 eggs, slightly beaten 3/4 c. chopped cooked ham 1/2 tsp. salt Dash of Pepper 9 in. unbaked pastry shell Toss cheese with flour. Add Half and Half, eggs, ham and seasonings; mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes or until set. 6 servings. |
