CORN FRITTERS 
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt (can omit)
2 c. creamed corn
2 eggs
2 tbsp. oil

Mix dry ingredients, corn, eggs and oil. Stir well. Drop corn batter into hot oil by tablespoon. Fry for 4 minutes. Fritters will be golden brown. Serve hot with syrup. Good with ham or bacon.
