ROAST WITH PEPPERONCINI 
roast or round steak (any kind)
1 jar pepperoncini

Pour pepper juice into roaster. Cut tops off peppers. Add water or wine to jar and add. Cook at 350°F all day. Will fall apart with fork.

Been cooking this for years. I don't add water, just the vinegar from the peppers. Also really good if you add carrots, potatoes, and Italian green beans (the large, broad ones) in the bottom of the Crock Pot as they will take on the flavors from the roast.
