FROZEN PINEAPPLE DESSERT | |
1 lg. can crushed pineapple 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip 1 can Eagle brand milk 1 c. nuts 3 to 4 tsp. lemon juice 1 c. maraschino cherries Mix nuts, pineapple, cherries (cut up) and milk together, blend or fold in lemon juice and Cool Whip. CRUST FOR BOTTOM: 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs 1/3 c. butter 3 tbsp. sugar Pack in 9 x 13 pan, may double this if you wish a thicker base and some for top. |
