QUICK AND EASY PINEAPPLE CAKE 
To 1 box of yellow cake mix add:

1 stick butter
4 eggs
1 c. milk

Beat 5 or 6 minutes or until batter is smooth and creamy. Grease 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan and cover bottom with small marshmallows. Add about 1/2 cup sugar to a large can of crushed pineapple and spread over batter.

Bake for 45 minutes or until done at 350 degrees. Leave in pan to cool, and cut in squares to serve.

Pineapple will go to the bottom and the marshmallows will come to the top and make a nice bubbly top.
