QUICK N EASY PINEAPPLE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 #2 crushed pineapple (16 oz.)
2 c. sugar
2 eggs

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. confectioners' sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix cake ingredients together. Pour into pan and bake 45 minutes.

Combine frosting ingredients. Beat until creamy. Spread over cooled cake.
