1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 tbsp. water

Mix ingredients and pour into greased oblong cake pan.

1 box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs

Mix ingredients and pour over cake mixture in pan. Sprinkle over it 1 cup of chopped pecans. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

NOTE: Cake may look "runny" when thru baking, but will jell as it cools.
